  • An individual's natural rights to life, liberty, and property derive from our Creator and shall not be annulled or transferred without due process and just compensation.

  • All associations, whether social or economic, should be consensual.

  • All servitude must be voluntary, whether for pay, charity, or experience.

  • In court, the citizen-jurors, when unanimous, reserve the right to judge both the law and the facts.

  • Citizens have a personal responsibility to pursue their own health, bodily safety, & financial stability to the best of their ability without infringement upon others.

government RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Government shall support a free marketplace for the promotion of innovation and the preservation of liberty by securing both life & property, insuring free expression, enforcing honesty in sales, protecting natural resources, and treating all citizens as equal before the law.

  • Government shall show impartial respect for the private sector by: bidding out its projects; paying market value for land; and, avoiding long-term investment in private commerce.

  • Eminent domain, (a forced sale at market value for public purpose), shall be used as a last resort for the defense of a community’s health, safety, and history, and only after efforts to negotiate tax incentives or gap-funding have been exhausted.

  • Government shall show impartial respect for individual labor by: proportionally taxing all citizens equally on their consumption; distributing the same benefits to all; and, opposing forced charity to agencies that cannot provide benefits to the public.

  • Government officials must obey by the same laws and regulations and face the same consequences as the people.
